Few issues with how package arrived with missing item, that was replaced quickly & a refund for damaged packaging. Couldn’t ask for a more professional, quick & lovely conclusion that has made hobbycraft my No1 go to for arts & crafts purchases as they have made me feel a true valued customer.

The items i purchased, I ordered online, and opted to collect in store. unfortunately I could not collect straight away due to catching Covid, and so had to wait, they still had the items in store waiting for me and my son was able to collect on my behalf. Staff are always friendly whenever I go in, service is excellent. I do love browsing this store!
